MY ROLE
This project is essentially a revamp of the earlier version. Our goal was to make the new user experience more understandable and enjoyable. The old version did not follow design principles, but in the new version, we adhered to the Contify design system principles.
RESULTS
The revamped design improved usability, making the experience more intuitive and cohesive. Users now complete tasks faster, with positive feedback praising the clarity and ease of use.
Contify's Insights module is a pioneering MCI tool leveraging AI to map the competitive landscape using Objects and Fields. Our design ensures analysts and stakeholders can navigate the platform intuitively by aligning with their existing mental models, minimizing confusion and enhancing usability.
