Contify Insights Module
MY ROLE
This project is one of my favorites because it provided valuable learning experiences and allowed me to collaborate directly with top management, including the CEO and Product Manager. I led the design process for the Insights feature from start to finish, starting with gathering requirements and creating wireframes. After refining the designs through feedback, I developed high-fidelity prototypes. I then worked closely with the front-end developers to bring the designs to life and had the opportunity to collaborate with back-end developers to ensure technical feasibility. This cross-functional teamwork was key to the project’s success.
RESULTS
This project was highly successful, with the CEO showcasing the Insights module at SCIP's 'Breakout Session.' The module allows users to generate insights from curated newsfeeds, dashboards, or as independent analyses. It provides valuable insights across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and executive leadership teams. We are currently refining it to provide an even smoother experience for clients and prospects.
Contify's Insights module is a pioneering MCI tool leveraging AI to map the competitive landscape using Objects and Fields. Our design ensures analysts and stakeholders can navigate the platform intuitively by aligning with their existing mental models, minimizing confusion and enhancing usability.

Working as the sole designer on the Contify Insights module presented unique challenges. Designing this module from scratch involved extensive research, creating wireframes, and iterating based on feedback. I frequently presented my designs to the CEO, incorporated his feedback, and scheduled follow-up meetings. Despite these challenges, I thoroughly enjoyed the process and gained valuable experience in end-to-end design.
